Key Responsibilities:
✅ Efficient Planning and Execution: Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks within set deadlines.
✅ Technical Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centric solutions.
✅ Code Quality and Peer Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance overall software quality.
✅ Automation and Development: Build APIs, CLIs, bots, and other tools to optimize the development workflow and reduce manual efforts.
✅ Knowledge Sharing: Continuously contribute insights and learning experiences to the broader engineering team.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in enterprise software development, preferably in a J2EE environment.
- 0-1 years of Java development experience using technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Go, NodeJS, Angular 8+, React, or similar.
- 0-1 years of experience in Agile development with methodologies like CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Cloud Development, PaaS, SaaS.
- Hands-on experience in Frontend or Full-Stack Development using frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex system challenges.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary Range: $61,800 – $123,600 per year (based on experience, location, and other factors).
